DWRI & Don’t Count Me Out, Inc. Collaboration

Digital Workforce Readiness Initiative (DWRI) is collaborating with Don’t Count Me Out, Inc. (DCMO), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, to strengthen DWRI’s organizational capacity and expand access to grants, sponsorships, contracts, and other funding opportunities.

During DWRI’s nonprofit development and infrastructure phase, DCMO provides an established nonprofit platform and administrative support for eligible projects and approved charitable activities.

Malon E.D. James, Executive Director of Don’t Count Me Out, Inc., brings a unique background in youth leadership, innovation, and workforce development. Malon graduated from high school at 13 years of age and is recognized as the country’s youngest hydroponic farmer and innovator. Through his work in hydroponics, STEAM education, entrepreneurship, and community development, he continues to create opportunities that empower young people to turn innovative ideas into meaningful solutions.

Together, DWRI and DCMO are working to create greater opportunities for youth, strengthen workforce readiness, and connect innovative programs with the resources needed to grow and make a lasting impact.
